Privacy

Draft. This page describes current data-handling behaviour accurately but has not yet been through legal review. Treat it as a working draft, not a final policy.

Anonymous checks

Running a check does not require an email address, account or any personal information — only the domain you enter. That domain, the check results, and a generated opaque result token are stored so the result page keeps working when you or anyone you share the link with revisits it.

What's never collected on an anonymous check

Result links

Result URLs use an unguessable token rather than a password. Anyone with the link can view the result. Results are not indexed by search engines and are excluded from social-preview crawlers beyond a generic title.

Accounts and monitoring (when available)

Creating an account and verifying a domain will involve additional data (email, verification records, monitoring history). That functionality is not live yet — this section will be expanded before it launches.

Analytics

Aggregate, privacy-safe usage analytics may be collected. The specific domain, ABN or organisation name checked is never sent to analytics.
