Frequently asked questions

Is this check free?

Yes. The anonymous domain check is free, requires no signup and never asks for an email address.

Does this prove my domain is secure?

No. It checks email-impersonation-relevant DNS and mail-transport signals only. It cannot see your mailbox, admin accounts, MFA, endpoint protection, backups or internal processes.

Why does a check say "unknown" instead of pass or fail?

Some checks — like DKIM selector discovery, or a blocklist query blocked by a resolver — cannot be exhaustively proven from the outside. Unknown results are shown honestly instead of being counted as a failure.

Will this scan my mailbox or send any email?

No. The check only reads publicly published DNS, TLS and mail-transport records for the domain you enter.

Can I share a result link?

Yes — result links use an unguessable token and are never indexed by search engines. Anyone with the link can view it, so only share it with people you intend to see the result.

Who operates this tool?
